The Tea Hill Guest House has an open-style kitchen/dining/living-room area. The Guest House is fully furnished and includes an electric stove, fridge, pull-out sofa bed, stereo, colour TV and VCR, stove, patio doors to deck, micro wave, coffee maker, toaster, iron, hair dryer, beach chairs, a lobster pot for PEI treats etc.!
Availability: Tea Hill Beach Guest Cottage is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. and check-in time is any time after 3:00 pm. The 2003 weekly rate is $700. plus 10% PST. Quiry season rate is $600.00 plus 10% PST. Rate is for party of 4 persons. Extra persons is $50.00 per week. A deposit of $ 150 is required to confirm your reservation. We are pleased to offer a non-smoking environment.
